What we offer
The firm of Lakeside Engineering specializes in architecture, civil engineering, environmental engineering, structural engineering and mechanical engineering. We also provide service in the fields of municipal engineering and forensic engineering.
We’ve worked on a number of large industrial, commercial and institutional projects. We can also tackle smaller projects, such as residential home designs and building code reviews.
Our designs have incorporated HVAC systems and fire sprinklers. We’ve also worked on raised fill septic systems, as well as drainage and storm water systems. And we’re experts when it comes to site designs and subdivision plans.

Who we are
For more than 21 years, Lakeside Engineering has been helping clients from our base in Rochester. Our firm offers service that is attentive, reliable and honest.

Our firm’s president is Rodney T. Prosser. Over his more than 30 years in this industry, he’s worked on nearly every aspect of engineering, architecture, environmental planning, design and construction management.
Rodney is proud to be licensed as a engineer in New York, Ohio, Vermont, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Delaware and Maryland. He also continues to develop his skills by holding membership in several professional organizations, such as the American Society of Civil Engineers and the NYS Water Environment Association.
